Chicken Vegetable Lumpia

INGREDIENTS: Cooked Ground Chicken, Wrapper (Unbleached Wheat Flour Enriched [niancin, reduced iron, thiamine, mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid], Water, Salt, Glycerine, Sorbitol), Cabbage, Carrots, Onion, Soy Sauce (Water, Wheat, Soybeans, Salt), Egg, Granulated Garlic, Salt & Pepper

KEEP FROZEN DO NOT THAW

COOKING SUGGESTIONS:

1) Deep fry: Heat up the oil (either vegetable or canola oil) to about 300-350 degrees F. Once oil is ready, add lumpia. Deep fry for 5-6 minutes (center must hit 145 degrees F). Remove from oil to serve and enjoy!

2) Pan Fry: Heat up frying pan with 1inch of oil (either vegetable or canola) to medium-high. Once the oil is hot and ready, add the lumpia. Cook lumpia by flipping (2-3mins each side) to each side until golden brown (center must hit 145 degree's F). Remove from oil, put on a bowl wth napkins upright for oil drip and to cool off. Eat and enjoy!

3) Baking: Heat oven to 350 degrees. Put lumpia on a cooking pan 1 inch from each other. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Once ready take out of oven and cool. Eat and Enjoy!
